Lovely, warm, attentive care. Easy to coordinate with. Only downside is not being able to communicate directly with the aid during the day and having to go through the agency (time delay in getting updates).
I have had great experience in working with RAH to get care for my elderly mother. They have been very cooperative and flexible with our scheduling issues. Only issue is that the billings sometimes get messed up, so best to keep track of all the invoices.
The Right at Home agency in Bergen County has been very responsive to our changing needs for caregivers over several years. The caregiver we have now is caring and kind. I highly recommend this agency for consistent, caring, hassle-free care at home.
