I have been with Right at Home for four plus years and I have had several great caregivers ! I am happy with Right at Home’s services. Jay C. is so helpful, on top of things and thoughtful. I don’t know what I’d do if she left.
My parents are in their 90s and need some assistance. Right At Home sent Heather and Emma out to meet us and and determine the extent of our needs. Both of them were warm, friendly and professional. They helped us figure out how they can best serve my parents in a way that was not pushy. I never felt any pressure from them at all. They are accommodating and flexible.
