Has listings that state full time. Lies. Shift chasing. Calls you 20 times a day beyond work hours on your personal time. Does not tell you this is an on call position. Tells you there is no work available beyond four hour shifts once you are hired and to wait. Basically wants idiots to work. Not for experienced employees. Texts are non stop and harassing. You must accept shifts that others won't take. No set schedule. Compassion is not what they want, it's unqualified employees.
I cannot say enough great things about Tim and his staff at this agency. In 2025 both my parents experienced major health issues..Dad: stroke, heart attack, brain bleeds, stents placed. Mom: fractured her neck in fall, neck surgery, dementia, pressure wound. This all happened BEFORE we hired RAH. We had a family friend caring for them initially but had to let him go. Right at Home came through in a pinch when I needed help for my aging father. They had great staff who provided excellent care for my father. They were punctual, caring, attentive, and I would definitely use them again if needed.
Personal vendettas take precedence over common sense and logic. I can't be bothered other than to write a negative review after they left me hanging for half a week after I requested weekend home care for my elderly mother. Essential characteristics of the business that could have been stated were not stated and I was given the silent treatment by Tiffany.
