The staff and companions at Right at Home are excellent. My mother is 85 and living independently. RAH has been a tremendous support for our family.
Right at Home was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of my father. The front office responded to every request and question I had with professionalism and were very quick to address any schedule changes that were needed due to my father’s situation. We were very happy with Miss Raven during the six hours she spent with my wife. Raven was prompt, polite, enthusiastic, and most importantly, empathetic. She helped my wife get around, assisted with showering, and then volunteered to do more, like organizing our linen cupboard. Kudos to Miss Raven...highly recommended!
Right at Home has been great for our situation with our 96 year father. We are able to adjust his schedule for caregivers when needed, depending on how he is doing. Simrett is his primary aid and she is awesome! Donna is great with scheduling changes and helping us to adjust the schedule based upon his needs. Everyone is so courteous when we call for any reason. We are blessed to have found Right at Home for our father's needs!
Right at Home was been providing absolutely amazing service for my daughter. She loves all of the caregivers. They are efficient, kind and truly caring. I’ve not had any concerns for my daughter’s safety or quality of care and because of that, I’m able to have some time of respite with full peace of mind. All staff at Right at Home from caregiver to Admin to Nurses have been phenomenal. Thank you!
