I have to say the classes online are not bad and the in person teacher is very nice and professional but the office is horrible with there responsibilities, I have called multiple times for the same situation and yet still has not been resolved not to mention that I had to wait a couple months to take my in person classes do to there miscommunication and it ended up not even being true that they had no teacher. My family had an incredibly unpleasant experience with this agency. We had struggles with having our family’s care plan implemented, challenges in communication with office staff, and difficulty with getting adequate care. The office was not transparent with billing, sending bills in late March for sleep interruptions dating back through November. Our recent experience with RAH was disappointing to say the least. My elderly father was spending the majority of his day sleeping and then having nighttime sleep issues that were mentioned....he got up to use the bathroom or maybe to eat a bowl of cheerios. The aide told me that she was managing and then all of a sudden in late March we were back billed for 4 months of sleep disruptions amounting to nearly $4000.
