I have attended the CHHA classes and have been employed by Right at Home for the past year . Everyone in that team is really very helpful , professional , friendly and ready to work together to make sure the clients as well as their families and the caregivers are satisfied . My experience with the school has been very positive and rewarding. The training materials were well-structured, informative, and easy to follow, helping me build both knowledge and confidence in the subject matter. Administrative staff were also helpful and ensuring that the certification process was smooth and well organized. The school created a supportive learning environment that encouraged growth and success and would recommend the school to others pursuing similar training.
DO NOT TAKE THE HHA CLASS!!! All they want is the money don’t care about you !! They basically leave you on your own without a certificate also will not hire you stating they have no job to give you , normally after your course you get your certificate.. this agency will leave you to do this all by yourself with the board of nursing also they will not give you a promise of employment letter so your on your own with that process just be careful before doing their HHA class .. RAH has provided outstanding service. They have provided an excellent support person to help my husband. The support is very consistent, which is extremely important for my husband. It’s the same person and same schedule. When we need to change the schedule because of doctor’s appointments they are very accommodating. I couldn’t be happier.
