This agency’s consistent failure to show up, combined with a total lack of communication, has left my family in dangerous situations. On multiple occasions, staff has failed to show up without any notice or even a call. There was even a time they sent someone who couldn’t provide the care needed and she had to ask my teen daughter who thank goodness was home at the time to help her lift my dads legs up and put them on a foot rest.
