This company appears fractured with no strong leadership abilities or direction from owners and management. No integrity, I felt like they made up the rules as they went along and no one really knew what they were doing. Management does not follow policies. HR department is non-existent... They always keep you working which is a plus and the team is very friendly ! The on call service is very good and you get quick responses . I highly recommend them ! We are all like family to be honest

As an in-home physical therapist who has seen the fantastic care they give, I would highly recommend them to any family who is considering home care or companion care.
