We had used a different unsatisfactory caretaker service before finding Right at Home, what a Godsend they were! In the beginning I could tell a big difference in the quality of the caregivers, we just had to work through some problems but they are were so willing to work with us. The Right At Home team and owners have been caring, dependable, dedicated and a true blessing. Tate took the time to sit with my dad and listen. He also took the time to listen to the family’s needs as well. The team is responsive and it is obviously a labor of love for the caregivers.
From the start, my experience with Right at Home has been wonderful. They have provided excellent, personalized service. When I first contacted them about home care services for my mother, she was visiting me in my house in Houston. The Right at Home care coordinator, Bobbie, came to my house and interviewed my mom, and after meeting Bobbie I knew were in good hands.
