The folks at RAH treat us like family. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure our needs are met. Lisa did our initial consult and laid out all the options and details in an easy to understand and truly caring way. Lisa continues to check in with me and make sure I am getting what we need. When looking for care for mom over a month ago I contacted a couple different home care options. Right at Home was different right from the start as they listened to the situation and offered suggestions and advice immediately. Their assessment of mom and their placement of a caregiver were quick and seamless. Mom loves her caregiver - she's friendly, caring and will do just about anything mom asks. Mom's condition is still undiagnosed and we don't know how long she'll need extra care, but we know she's in good hands.
