I was so impressed with the support and service! It was my first time arranging care for my parents, who didn’t think they needed the extra help. But their trained staff knew how to navigate conversations and care. They helped monitor their care, build in some exercise, help with getting my mom out to get groceries and go to lunch occasionally. My parents did things with them that I could not get them to do! Went in to ask a few questions , felt like I was bothering her , a caregiver was there and complained the whole time I was there about her client I just got up and left.
When we needed 24 hour home care for my mother-in-law recently, Right at Home in Hemet was right there on very short notice. Throughout this time, Chaplain George took a personal interest in our situation, even after their services were no longer required. In addition, they are very competitively priced. I would recommend them for anybody who is in need of this kind of service.
Worked in my parents home for several weeks, caregivers ignored my moms calls and requests ate all their food and stole from them. George begged me not to call the police, they were fired and then he sued them illegally without serving any court papers and also lied to BBB He is not a member never was and used the BBB emblem in his advertising check for yourself - save a huge headache and GO ELSEWHERE
