Services were to start today and no one showed up. The Director of Client Services (for veterans) didn't return 3 messages left for her between 12:15 & 5pm. (2 on her personal cell phone and one with your office staff). If we are to be courteous and call to cancel or reschedule, shouldn't it be likewise? Especially, on your first day???? Not impressed and will share this info with our Veteran's resource for their future referral consideration.
