Nurse Kylie is an intrusive, judgmental home health nurse. Be careful what you share with her. She publishes her opinions about situations and not the facts. Beware if she comes to your home.
A special thank you this company for the care they providing for my family member. I spoke with Dale and had the most meaningful conversation about my friend that was in need of extended CNA care while on hospice with the wonderful Three Oaks Hospice. He made everything so easy and was truly concerned for my friend. I told them the hours I needed and he immediately got the hours scheduled and covered looking at keeping continuity of care with the same caregiver for the majority of the time.
