My father in law needs 24 hour assistance. Caregiver left him without anybody on call, with 7 hours left until next caregiver arrives. Very sad that we cannot rely on this company to step in when they are needed most. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. They left him without assuming any responsibility, whether he would have fallen, passed away, etc.
