I used Right At Home in Los Angeles, California for a loved one, and now I am using the Middleburg Heights, Ohio location for my precious mother. I'm out of state, so it brings peace of mind to have someone nearby. They are very caring and put your loved one first place and treat them with dignity. Nice to know that when she eventually goes to a care facility, they are able to check on her there as well in my absence. They have a patient portal to check with visit updates. Very comforting.

While living in NC, my parents had exceptional care through Home Instead. After my father passed, we brought my mother to live with us in Cleveland. We found home care for her through Right at Home. At first, my mom had a woman named Carrie who was great. However she left on a medical leave. Recently my mom needed care again as we travel throughout the summer.
