When my dad came home from the hospital he needed assistance. They sent a "replacement" for one day on Wednesday. They said they would call and let my dad know for the following days. On Thursday, they sent someone out and didn't notify my dad and he had doctor's appointments so, he wasn't home. Then on Friday Right at home was a no call, no show.
