I got in touch with this company to help care for my father who is currently in hospice care. They were compassionate and caring from day one and assigned great caregivers to help me and my family! I recommended Right At Home to a few people I knew needed some help caring for family members and they also had great experiences. They really make you feel like family and bring you in as one of their own.
Have been very happy with the service and caregivers
This is crazy. The clients are awesome. And some of the supervisors are cool. But today, i went into my portal and noticed that hours were accepted that I never approved of. That means someone personally went and accessed my profile and accepted hours that I had mentioned to them that I couldn't work. Why would yall do that? That was the last straw for me. Its already bad enough that I haven't gotten paid for my service, that my miles were not reimbursed, that I have a late fee for my car note that nobody is going to pay for... read more
