This business is more about collecting money than offering quality services and seem to employ anyone who agrees to cover a shift.They were caring for my 100 year old father but the plan of care was rarely completed during shifts. A great service. We have been using them for a few years and no complaints.
Our local office (Edwardsville, IL) went above and beyond to find us additional specialized care in addition to their normal services. We spent weeks trying to find that, and they connected us within days. We would have been lost without them. Exemplary service and we are so grateful.
