Obtaining the job was nice but once I became employed I had trouble with the employer. I left my client early one day on account of not feeling well and employer was not happy with me, never once stated with concern about my condition. Employer communication was very poor. Instead of finding the truth (facts) they decide to terminate my employment on hearsay. Employers' only concern is the client and not the employee. Not the best place to work.

When we had a homecare emergency, Right at Home came to the rescue. Our aide from another provider told us on Friday she would not be coming back and the provider had no one else to replace her. I emailed Right At Home's owner, Chris, and he got back to me on Saturday. He set up an in-home meeting with Katie, who is amazing, on Monday. Right at Home has been my lifesaver. I live out of state and needed care for my almost 91 year old mom. The owner, Chris, has helped me maneuver all the challenges I have had getting my mom home from rehab and stabilized with some consistent caregivers. I HIGHLY recommend them! Also, Chris helped me connect with a great hospice. This was so helpful to me being out of town and not knowing which hospice company would be best.
