The whole office is very unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to staff and they just treat the clients like checks . They beg you to pick up hours, and take away shifts cause they don’t communicate with each other . They don’t pay attention to detail and the pay is horrible. Shelia is the worse and Alice too. Brittney, Nettie and Amber is the best people there . Never meet the owner but he doesn’t do anything either .

We had a caregiver for my husband’s 90 year old mother who lived in our home. Debra from Right at Home came for 4 hours twice a week to shower mom and care for her while I worked or ran errands. Debra was very polite and patient with mom, and I began to look forward to her visits too because she was just pleasant and easy to have around. Our mom passed recently but I was grateful for the time Debra cared for her. Right at Home office staff were very nice to work with.

Obtaining the job was nice but once I became employed I had trouble with the employer. I left my client early one day on account of not feeling well and employer was not happy with me, never once stated with concern about my condition. Employer communication was very poor. Instead of finding the truth (facts) they decide to terminate my employment on hearsay. Employers' only concern is the client and not the employee. Not the best place to work.
