Right-At-Home has been very responsive to our questions when my mother first started her in-home care and they are very easy to communicate with when schedules change. Their introduction packet is very detailed and comprehensive. We have not been disappointed with their services in any way.
Helpful atmosphere
Gloria is our point person & each time I call she has been very pleasant & helpful coordinating Conrad’s care. I know it’s a tough job but she always manage to get Conrad the same caregiver that works well with him. So far we are comfortable with our arrangement.

I only game 4 since I find some are late though most of the time I get a call from the office or the person . I’m not used to it since before I retired I worked in an environment where you can’t be late
After searching various Home Care agencies, we chose Right at Home. It was convenient, located in Heritage Harbour where we live. They have been accepted by our long term insurance company, John Hancock. This alone was important. Our local office staff is very professional and helpful. A registered nurse came to our house for consultation and check the condition of our living area. Any questions we had were answered immediately.
