Very positive.
HORRIBLE home care agency. They are unprofessional, they lie, the “manager” is never in the office and when you call they’ll have someone pretending to be her talking to you. They do not check credentials so your loved ones will literally be getting cared for by a STRANGER!! Beware.
Right-At-Home has been very responsive to our questions when my mother first started her in-home care and they are very easy to communicate with when schedules change. Their introduction packet is very detailed and comprehensive. We have not been disappointed with their services in any way.
