We have been using Right at Home for about 4 years for my now 98 year old mother who lives in Delray Beach, FL. The staff at Right at Home are great and handle any issues that might arise. They worked tirelessly to find the right personnel to care for my mother. She has 24 hour care and has four caregivers that rotate. All of them have been great and provide the care that is needed. So thankful for Yolande, Ansee, Claudine and Nerlande.
I am very pleased with your company / service provide by right @ home. From the start, their team has been attentive and dedicated to ensuring my loved one’s need are met. You sent me a fantastic young women by the name of Ari puspita . Has been exceptional n great. Her compassionate nature and attention to detail make her a wonderful caregiver. I'm very satisfied with them. The caregiver is good because she is a self-starter. You don't have to tell her to do something twice. The caregiver is consistent and she does her job well. We've been together for years and I haven't had any problems with her. It helps my son not have to take care of me.
Right at home sent a highly.capable and qualified person. In addition they have made periodic calls to see how the service is. I rate them very highly
Right at Home is providing my parent's "just the right amount" of home health care to live independently and with dignity in their own home. Their aid, Elvira, is much more than just an aid. She competent and caring person who has become a part of our family. My parent's cannot imagine life without her.
