We have been using Right at Home for my mother for a little over a year and have had a good experience. Her caregivers are experienced, reliable and consistent. The owner seems very hands on and dedicated to ensuring his clients get what they need and want. He seems to put a lot of effort into matching clients with caregivers to ensure a “good fit”.
