I can't say that I've personally had to use Right at Home's services, but knowing the owner directly, I can say that they really care about people. They're personable, devoted to their clients, they care about the specific needs of each person, and they're very hard working. If I ever have to use their services for any reason (for myself or for a family member), I know Right at home will take care of any and all of my at home care needs.
We called Shana at Right Home in a crisis situation. Shana met with us within 30 minutes and was able to arrange for the care that we needed for an elderly family member. The Right at Home care providers were awesome, they truly cared for our family member and provided outstanding care.
Right at Home has been such a blessing to our family. It only took one phone call and now they are a part of the family. Stepping in at a moments notice helping with the needs of our Mother. We call and they are there. Gives us a piece of mind knowing that they genuinely care for, not only their clients but the family that comes with the package.
I personally know Shana Duncan and her organization. She operates the Right at Home, Kennewick Office with care, compassion, and empathy. Although I am not in the position to need the service of Right at Home, I have been. Knowing Shana and her team, I would use them and recommend them a million times over.
Right at Home went above and beyond my expectations in caring for my mother. Shana Duncan did a great job of providing a good match for my mom's needs, and I was impressed with the way she followed up to make sure I was happy with the service. I would recommend this business to anyone in the Tri Cities desiring home care.
