I would highly recommend people stay away from here especially if you are employed be smart walk away and find a way to get clients on your own. My fiancé worked here for over a couple months told her she should look some where else. All these hours she invested for bad pay on top of that caregivers would arrive late to cover her shift. The office staff has the worst customer service or people skills I have seen or experienced yet. Kimberly made an appointment with me and canceled 2hrs before the appointment time no explanation or apology, Nikki scheduled an appointment with me for 2pm, showed up at 1:45 and proceeded with her 5 to 10 minute evaluation visit with the caregiver and my mother (the Hospice patient) in English, my mother doesn't speak English and then instructed her to sign an X, I'm no expert but looks fraudulent to me. they took their time to explain everything to me and my father and made sure we were comfortable with the services he would receive. The manager Daryl went out of her way to make sure we would be staffed in our remote buckeye location.
Right at Home is the best company I have ever worked for. The owner, Leo, is compassionate, caring, and embodies RAH's mission. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else and am even bringing family members on as clients since I know our caregivers provide excellent care to our loved ones.
The best company ever! Treats all of their employees and clients with the up most respect! Makes sure everyone is taken care of! They provide the highest level of care! Highly recommend!
