Right At Home was my first call when I needed information about in home care. I found their staff to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were kind and caring. I appreciate their guidance and I would utilize them again in the future.
I called Right At Home Pottstown on a Wed morning. The agency Director came out to meet with us on Wed afternoon. Thursday morning an caregiver arrived to care for my aunt. She was with us from start to finish - she made it possible for the entire family to be family. She was kind, caring, loving, we never had to ask she just did what she saw needed doing. Right At Home will be my go-to company going forward for all our home care needs.
Staff that took care of my family member were absolutely wonderful. They allowed them to have a voice in their care and did an amazing job.
Communication was always clear and open between family and staff. Jean always went above and beyond to make sure my grandfather was properly taken care of. Aids were always on time and if not there was communication.
