This tech has to be asked to help change her patient’s diaper while she’s sitting on her phone or talking to others. Don't be fooled by this Company!!!! They are a joke!!!! They never show on time when they are scheduled. Can careless about their clients. They are been reported to Mississippi Medicaid. I would try another Home Care severe if I were you.
