Receptionist named “Pat / Patricia” is extremely rude. Very unprofessional to speak to people like they are beneath you, especially when she sounds like a senior citizen who could use an aide herself. Do not consider this agency if you are an aide & do not sign your family member up either, they are much better agencies with pleasant staffing / employees!
We are so thankful for the care and communication from the Right At Home Staff. Maria sent the best caregiver. We were put at ease and know our family is in good care. They definitely treat everyone as family and are always available!
Right at Home and their people are awesome! They are amazing at finding the right people and caring people to look after my Mom. Anytime an aide is being sent from their agency, I have the peace and comfort knowing that they are looking after her like they are looking after their own Mom. Highly recommend Right at Home!
