As the son who lives far away from his aging mother who keeps to herself and wishes to live out her days in her home, it was a blessing to find Right at Home. My mother has physical impairment that keeps her from driving let alone walking for any distance. She tells me that she is so grateful for RaH with the friendly people, Bianca, that come out and take her every other week for her groceries, errands, and mobility. She is grateful for the companionship and to know that the person lives close by in case she needs anything.... read more
Hello I am a caregiver I have to say I been working for Right At Home for over 2 in half years now its a beautiful company to work for and I love all my client I ever had so for that being said I'm very grateful and appreciate them... They will help you ever Step of the way.....
They are very disorganized. There was no follow up, I had to keep calling them to figure out the status. They hired someone who worked for one day and then said it was “too far” which should have been clarified up front with the caregiver as our location wouldn’t change. They never followed up after that. Overall, I’m sure this service would be wonderful if it actually worked. We were very excited about it, and it’s left us again at square one. I would not recommend working with Right at Home.
Sharon was great!! She does definitely need a raise!! I’m gunna miss Sharon very much. I appreciate her very much!! She took great care of me.
