The coordinator RASHIDA LEWIS is so unprofessional! Bad mannerism . She needs to go to school to get some professional training . I visited the office one day and the phone operator Mary told her a client was on the line and she started yelling stating that she cannot deal with her and the client is annoying .
Lou, Mary and the whole team was super to work with. They are professionals and helped guide me and family through every step after my father had a stroke. They were very kind and treated us like family. I would highly recommend Right at Home for any eldelry care.
We have had many Right at Home helpers in our home over the last five years. The caregivers are kind and know how to give elderly people wonderful help . The people in charge keep good contact with our family. And the owner is an exceptional person Who has cared for members of his own family so he knows how important the caregivers are to families like ours. You will feel comfortable having these people in your home.
