Not sure what quality of care they provide as I was never able to get that far with them. Had my calls to them dropped after being on hold for minutes. Calls always go to an "agent", sit on hold, agent doesn't have the info, so have to transfer you to a local office, then you are on hold again before the call drops. I wouldn't trust them to care for my mom if they are incapable of having adequate phone coverage.
