My concerns are RAH is a HOROBALE!!!! They will have you taking care of a client who has a spouse and you have to help him also but ONLY PAYING YOU FOR ONE...NEVER HEARD OF SUCH IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE CAREER then get an attitude when you bring it to their attention and start cutting your hours back. I've been using Right at Home Durham for about 6 months now. I use the service to fill in shifts I can't cover with my direct hire aids and to help when people get sick or have other things to do. They always find what I need. In last minute situations they try. Every aid has been easy to work with and caring. The aids are will to pitch in where ever is needed. I applied for a position here (3/12) and the company viewed my application and I was notified “not selected by employer”. They literally didn’t even give me a fair chance.
