represented as "highly skilled" - not at all night caregiver fell asleep while on the job; owner explained that he was stressed that day. another watched things on his phone with the volume on 10 ft. from patient. another was sitting at the end of the bed, 3 feet from where patient fell off to floor. another got in a huge fight with a caregiver from another agency as one was coming and one was going. kicked our pillows as well.
