Right at Home provided a good caregiver for my family member who cannot walk and must have professional assistance in order to shower. But when after just a few weeks of service, the caregiver left the agency Right st Home could not find a replacement and did not seem to care. My family member went without a shower for a week! We had to hire another agency who provided an amazing aide the very next day.
