My family had a very disheartening experience with Right At Home (RAH) when we hired them to care for our terminally ill mother. We had various issues with the caregivers which we brought to the attention of RAH, but I believe the crux of the problem was poor management. I hired Right at Home to care for my mother in her house. My worst fear was realized shortly after hiring them. Money and jewelry were missing from the home and I suspected the Right at Home caretaker as I found her rummaging through areas that she was not authorized to be in. After I was provided the caretaker’s full name, I did a simple Google search and shockingly discovered that the caretaker had been arrested on multiple charges, including larceny.
