BAD SERVICE! Every time I drop off my chainsaw for repairs, it takes forever to get it back

We have been long time customers of riggs for our mowers and other equipment, for years we used to be super happy with the quality of service they provide, lately they must have switched owners or service managers because the service is absolutely horrible. Brought our mower in for an oil leak, new spindle and blade. The salesman was polite and informative about the different Stihl electric trimmer models. The different trimmer models were on display for me to see the differences and check the weight differences. I ended up purchasing the Stihl FSA 60 R electric trimmer. Wow, what a great trimmer! Anyway, the greatest part about purchasing from Riggs is that the trimmer comes fully assembled, loaded up with string, and ready to go out the door!
