My husband went here to get a cleaning and was highly unsatisfied with the results. He's had issues at this office before that included fillings that were not filed down and has had to make multiple return visits. Each time he is told there is nothing wrong and that they will not fix it. He's now gone to the Chandler location and gotten MUCH better service from both the hygienist and the doctor. Dr. Lopez and his staff are amazing which is why I have not left. Danielle is one of my favorite dental hygienist’s, the temps I have seen have been excellent, etc. I say all of this to show my appreciation, until today after seeing the temp Lisa (the receptionist gave me her name) I’m more than unsatisfied. I work in healthcare and personally value my relationship with patients, I would never talk down, “educate”, or be so condescending towards them the way I was today.
