For the most part Riggs has treated me with kindness. There was only 1 time 7 years ago when they were very rude I called the supervisor and he apologyed and said he was going to use my experience with all of the paramedics while doing a weekly class. I hadn't gone in an ambulance in 3 years but now it seems like I go at least 2/3 times a month. All of the paramedics have been wonderful and some of them remember me and my circumstances.
I can’t say enough about the care given to me by Brandon Romo and Jacklyn Freeze. I was just starting a walk with my dogs Monday afternoon and decided to take a shortcut to the walking path by Bear creek when I fell and broke my ankle badly. Their care was amazing and I knew I was in capable hands with the both of them. Hopefully I will never need to call 911 again but I couldn’t have had better care than they gave me. Thank you Brandon and Jacklyn for your excellent care! You both deserve a raise!!
I had to have my daughter call 911 for an ambulance to come and help me because I was going into distress. I couldn't breathe I had pneumonia and amenia. I had went to the ER on December 25th and found out I had pneumonia on one lung and amenia. I was sent home with medicines to recover at home. Which is what I did. I did not know that the pneumonia was spreading from one lung to another. When I had to get the ambulance called to my home the two E.M.T that arrived we're very rude.
