Great place for SPRAT/IRATA Level 1 training. Handled scheduling and utilizing my scholarship to cover training was a breeze with them. Great people, very friendly! I’m not necessarily out of shape, but also not in amazing shape either. Pretty average fitness. For anyone who has little exposure/experience with rope, rope access maneuvers, the gear necessary, etc, this is an intense class! However, the instructors; Kevin and Bryan, are absolute beasts at all levels of their teaching! They are top notch professionals, and it's easy to tell! This class was an absolutely amazing experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. The only part I would advise on would be personal conditioning.
