We rented this boat for my son and his friends for his bachelor party. My husband drove the boat and remained sober. He had a lot of trouble steering and docking the boat and barely scratched it at one of the stops. The owner was furious with him, and my husband had to send the kids away from the tension to avoid putting a damper on the important evening. He ended up charging us $300 for the scratch and returning the boat late. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience for my husband. We will not be renting from here... read more
Kirk went above and beyond with our reservation! He made sure to carefully explain the ins and outs of the boat and even had recommendations on places to go and things to see. The boat itself was very well maintained and easy to operate. We will absolutely book again with Rigged & Ready!
