Food is great, but we had to wait over 45 minutes to get our calzones. Definitely did not want to wait that long to get our food.
Ever since I closed down Best Pizza in Santa Clara. Riggatie's is the only place I go for pizza.
My wife ordered a large pizza and a large chibacon. It took 40 minutes to make, when they said it would be 15 minutes. Then when she got home, it was a medium pizza and a medium chibacon. My wife called in to let them know that our order was wrong. The guy hung up on her. Riggatti's usually is awesome and the food is great.... it only takes one time of horrible customer service to ruin my appetite.

We had the pepperoni pizza and the ch-bacon. It was very good.
Went to the location in Washington. We loved the pizza. Great location to eat, and then walk over to see a play at the Brighams Playhouse. Totally will be going back.
I am a former employee of Riggatti's. I am writing this as a former employment review. The food is the best thing about Riggatti's. However the way the management runs is completely unacceptable. One of my best buddies who is a very good man was fired for almost nothing. I myself almost had three strikes with no written warnings and no documentation of any kind.
