The staff at the office is wonderful. Dr. Rigdon however likes to refuse refills on thyroid medication unless you come to the office💰💵💸 for an appointment every 6 months. He was not phased by the fact I ran out and will have harmful physical consequences for skipping this daily medication. I prefer physicians that took the “do no harm “ oath.
Dr Randall, was an all right. Doctor. But he turns the staff to much. Especially when you have appointments and you have to see his ìntern doctors. Then you are there there for appointments wait one hour and half, then they take some else that just got there no appointments gets really fuming. The girls up front talk to him, to let me go. I didn't get a chance to talk to him to explain my side .so to me ,the women there is bullshit!!!!!
Been going here for 15 years . Flexible appointments for me when im in town . Never waited more than 30 min no matter how busy they got . Randall is a super nice guy .
