Had 7:30 reservations. Arrived early at 7 with our party of 10. They told us our reservation “did not mean we had a table with velvet rope saving it for you”. There was no reference to the reservation I made 4 weeks ago. He took our name and told us to wait. It didn’t take long to get a table so we were happy. However 2 1/2 hours to get salad was crazy. We went to Rigazzi’s for dinner prior to going on a paranormal walking tour. We were supposed to be there by 9:15, but with the extremely poor service we were late. There was absolutely no reason for us to wait as long as we did for our food, and nobody stopped by to say anything. We were no even asked if we needed drink refills! My daughter and I went there with someone who is fairly new to St. Louis and I suggested it. That was a huge mistake. The food was just fair but rather expensive also.
