This restaurant has consistently high quality food AND service! I highly recommend it for the family environment. You can tell people love working there and managers really care about the customer experience!
Yesterday was probably the first time we did not think our meals were up to par, some cold, sauteed spinach not cooked. We sent 2 of 6 dinners back and they corrected. My South beach wasn't as good as usual,. We eat here frequently and were disappointed because we brought guests. Hope this was just an off night. Been customers for about 20 years!

My family and I had a bad experience with a bridal shower going on right next to us. They were very inconsiderate of the people around them making speeches. I'm all about the weddings and love but make the speeches at home or in a more private setting. Anyways the manager came over and helped us out, and made the situation better. I've been going to rigatonys for years and will continue. Great customer service.
Love this place! Good food , good service, and fair prices! What's not to like!
We went to Rigatony's with family and friends to celebrate our son's graduation. The food was fantastic and the service was phenomenal! We could not have asked for more. It's a busy place, you may have to wait for a table, but it's always worth it!
The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The manager has no class and was hostile when asked why two people ordering and appetizer and and entree are being charged a $3 share fee. She approached us on the defensive and had the host with her. I have never felt attacked by any restaurants staff ever in my life. The manager needs to be fired. Never got to even get a drink. Our server was Erika who seemed nice but there was no reason to escalate to such a horrible manager especially over a $3 SHARE FEE. AWFUL WORST... read more

Freaking AMAZING!!! If you love Italian food, this should and probably be your only stop for it all.
