Recently Eric seemed to go out of his way to help me navigate a difficult situation. I have had both auto and HO policies with Eric for maybe 20 years or so, and he has consistently been helpful, patient, responsive, and oriented toward finding solutions. Would recommend without to reserve to anybody looking for insurance.

Eric has been my agent since March, 2000 and I have always been happy with his service. He has willingly looked for a better "deal" each time renewal came along (I was lucky to have a year term policy for my car) and between that and the great renter's policy he would renew/update, there was never any doubt that I made the correct decision back in 2000 to go with Eric. Plus the girls in his office are efficient and pleasant to deal with. What more can you ask for?
