I called this place at the recommendation of the appliance store I bought my washing machine. I was scheduled for timeframe 5-7pm and was told I would get a call 30min before he was on his way. I followed up at 645pm when I haven't heard anything. No answer. I was then sent a text saying he can't make it due to a commercial job and he would call tomorrow. I was referred to this company by the store where I bought my refrigerator. I called several times over the past month or so with no one answering the phone. I finally got an answer this past Wednesday. We set up an appointment for the next day, Thursday at 3p. Doug, the owner, told me that he would call me thirty minutes prior. He never called. Great work and fast installation. They came out for an issue covered with my home warranty and I used them to install new sink faucets and they gave great service.
