I have never ever stayed in the dirtier room. The bathroom was disgusting. In the kitchen there was heaps of dead cockroaches. We stayed on the ground floor, the room was big and spacious. We had a lot of issues with the heater, you cant regulate it, it was extremely hot!!! However i leave the three stars beacuse of the really really nice and helpful person at the front desk!!! And also because it is one of the cheapest places we found in NYC at that time.
