Flying into Australia for the first time in my life with a 9-hour layover in Sydney -- I couldn't let it go to waste! Luckily, Saffi was my assigned driver and didn't let me down. He took me to several beaches, the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, and the Zoo, all while creating an itinerary to avoid traffic and rain. In the past we have always used a third party to book our chauffeur services overseas. Getting off a cruise ship early in the morning we wanted to ensure someone was there to collect us. That has not always been a good experience. So in Sydney we decided do it ourselves. The service was faultless. Riff communicates well and ensures it happens.
