I have used Riff many times previously, but the other day a last min change of schedule saw me searching for a ride to the airport earlier than expected. I never trust taxis or even Ubers to make it to pick me up on time. I reached out to Riff at 6pm the night before I needed to be at the airport at 5am. Booking online was a simple process with an immediate credit card charge. The disappointment followed with a text requesting a 40% increase on the original booking amount stating the website pricing hasn't been updated..
