Absolutely terrible customer service! Rob gets extremely upset if you are knowledgeable about bodywork. I had to take my vehicle back twice after having it repaired due to it being put back together incorrectly. Also, the vehicle was not taped off correctly. When painted when I received the vehicle back, there is a big mark on my passenger side fender. Rob assured me that a clay bar would remove this.
