Tyrone was very professional and an excellent listener. He kept me updated throughout each step as he diagnosed my Honda. I truly felt like he treated my car as if it were his own, which made me very comfortable and confident in his findings. Highly recommended
I was recommended to this shop and I'm so glad I came! Upon my arrival, Tyrone greeted me and was very friendly. Very trustworthy and honest specialized Euro mechanic shop. Work quality is top notch. Very meticulous in their approach to diagnosis the problem and fix my car correctly. Pricing is very reasonable. Repairs were explained to me very thoroughly. Overall a great experience. Will certainly be coming back for future work.
Rieslee is the only place I take my BMW for service. I trust Tyrone completely because he does top-notch work at prices that are better than a dealership. He never pads the bill by trying to add services that might not be necessary. He'll warn me that something is close to needing service, like brakes, but says it's not urgent and can be done at my next service.
Never ceases to amaze…great experience from a honest, knowledgeable mechanic with cost efficient pricing for European automobiles!!!
