Purchased a "Flipped" home from the company. Several issues have come about since then. I can't legally say they did or didn't lie on the disclosures even though I do have some very inetersting pictures of the property during the final walk through. I will say, I'm looking at 45k worth of repairs.

They were abysmal when I was renting from them at their Lakeshore Drive location from 2019-2020. It was like pulling teeth to get them to conduct maintenance; I probably waited two weeks to get my air conditioning fixed after giving emails and phone calls. I eventually had to drive all the way to their office to complain about it before they did something. Rented from them once. Singled handly our worst experience ever. Broke the lease. I've written reviews about this before, but the company keeps changing just enough to make old reviews hard to find.

I am so glad I found this company when I did. I was trying to self- manage my portfolio but my properties were suffering and with everything that's going on I had to make a decision to either get rid of all my properties or turn them over to someone who could make them cash-flow for me. The Riesig group walked me through the entire process and handled absolutely everything for me. These are hard times but at least I no longer have to worry about my portfolio.
