I got into an accident and my insurance company considered my car a total loss. Let's say I was very depressed because I was very attached to my car and so I bought it back but end up having to get the repairs done myself. with out a doubt the most friendly and detailed body shop i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I hit a deer in my car and so i went threw my insurance company for a claim and they recommended Rieser's. I was worried at first, only because i have had bad experinces in the past, but my worries were soon put to rest after being there just 5 min. First and foremost I would like to say; Steve, the owner, is an artist. He is very knowledgeable about the business of auto repair and took the time to explain to me exactly what they were going to do to repair my car. He also reassured me that the mechanicals, the parts that can’t be seen would be replaced with factory new items. His professionalism and his attention to detail add to his list of accolades.
