Great experience getting my car fixed here - I had door handles replaced and bumper that needed to be fixed and they did an outstanding job - quickly and well priced. I like the fact that it is a family owned local business which I’m always happy to support.
Actually know what they are doing!! My husband car was there twice and still the passenger door is pouring water in it His fix was to put a window visor on it.. and it came out with a rust spot in the quarter he was to repaint and fix.. the old man was rude and didnt think he did anything wrong.... worst place ever!
I've taken two vehicles to riesers and both times I have received excellent customer service and care. One of the worst parts in my eyes is dealing with the insurance and, riesers does a great job of taking that stress off of you. I gave them my insurance information and let my insurance company know where the vehicle was and they took care of everything else. Ron is great. I had my sons Audi fixed here after a telephone pole fell on it, and you would never know it. Ron kept me informed the whole way. Then had my future daughter in-laws new 2017 Hyundai fixed where it was backed into, and another great job. Looks better than new. Every other place I got an estimate said it was going to be really expensive and Ron never assumed that I couldn't afford the repair. I would recommend Rieser's to anyone needing work and done right.
Saved me $1150. I had a small amount paint on my front bumper from kissing the garage. I assumed that it could be buffed out. First place wanted to remove it and repaint the whole bumper for $400. Second place, same thing, but somehow wanted $1200. Took it to Rieser Brothers and it was buffed out for $50. Honest, good, and quick work will always keep me coming back.
